You only need one thing to use SeeMe services – Oskando
controller with a SIM card installed in your vehicle.
A controller is a small box that determines its own location with the
help of GPS satellites and sends the data to a SeeMe server. SeeMe is a web-based
service and requires no extra software to be installed in your computer.
A SIM card is needed for a controller to send data to a SeeMe server. However, you do not need to worry about huge mobile bills - the cost of
data transfer within Estonia is already included in SeeMe monthly service fee
and there will be no unexpected costs.
Small additional charges will be applied when tracking vehicles
that drive across borders. Our default settings have controllers sending
information less frequently when driving abroad and only in case the roaming
service is activated. This way the costs are kept at minimum for tracking
vehicles that drive abroad.
